This policy explains how Softera (“Softera”, “we”) handles information collected through this website. It replaces the previous app-focused privacy page for website visitors and project enquiries.

Information we collect

If you submit a project consultation form, we collect the details you provide: name, WhatsApp number, optional email and company name, selected service, optional budget and timeline, and project description. We also store the page you submitted from, where available.

If analytics tools are configured, they may collect device and usage data such as pages viewed and button clicks. We do not send project descriptions, names, emails or phone numbers to advertising platforms.

How we use it

Enquiry data is used to review your request, contact you, and keep an internal record of leads. Email may be used to acknowledge receipt and to notify Softera of a new enquiry.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Service providers used to host the website, send email or store records may process data on our behalf. WhatsApp is a separate service operated by Meta; conversations started through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s terms.

Retention

Lead records are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
